Self-diagnosis, self-healing and motor retraining
The description provides recommendations for restoring health (physical exercises, diets, emotional correction), but does not describe the mechanisms of their effect, so their use is often ineffective. This is due not only to the fact that it was not possible to achieve (self-diagnosis) of performing exercises and preliminary correction was not carried out to restore muscle tone, but also to the fact that the proposed measures are based on erroneous theories of both the construction of movement and the reflex activity of the nervous system (somatic and vegetative), controlled by them.
Basic errors of kinesiodiagnostics
Kinesiocorrection errors
«Muscle dysfunction can be a result of damage to internal organs» — Prof. Mogendovich M.R.
Errors of dynamic retraining:
1. Erroneous idea of movement as a result of a reflex arc (in other words, as soon as a signal appeared, the muscle reflexively contracted, and movement appeared), and not a reflex ring (Prof. Bernstein N.A.), when several muscles are activated.
2. Error: to stabilize a hypermobile region of the spine, pelvis or joints of the extremities, it is erroneously suggested to perform isotonic contractions of individual muscles, while isometric contraction of not one muscle (V. Janda), but several muscles in four directions is necessary.

Methods for correcting errors in kinesiodiagnostics will be proposed
1. The main secret of kinesiological diagnostics is to find the localization of this important muscle.
2. Special provocative loads for diagnosing compression of autonomic nerves that supply nutrition to internal organs (such as the vagus nerve). For kinesiocorrection: Self-correction methods (visceral therapy, activation of the lymphatic, energy and vascular systems) will be proposed to restore muscle function in case of damage to internal organs.
For dynamic retraining:
1. Designing exercises based on the reflex ring principle (Prof. Bernstein N.A.) with activation of 5 muscle groups, and for the formation of optimal statics — techniques for performing isometric contraction of a complex of muscles in 4 directions.
Uniqueness of the course
A set of exercises has been developed based on scientifically proven principles of building a human motor activity system developed by leading specialists. The set of practical exercises is divided into subsections for self-diagnosis, self-correction and motor retraining. This allows not only to determine the indications for each exercise, but also to prepare the nervous system for its implementation, and most importantly, to do it independently.
In the work of a kinesiologist, training to restore motor activity plays an important role. However, the use of erroneous ideas about the mechanisms of constructing optimal movement reduces the effectiveness of the training process. In addition, teaching the patient simple techniques for preliminary self-diagnosis and self-recovery eliminates unwanted vegetative reactions.

Summary
Theory:
1. Laws of health restoration and their difference from the laws of disease treatment: search for the weakest region of the musculoskeletal system and localization in it of the most significant hypoexcitable and hypotonic muscle, causing a tone-strength imbalance of the muscular system as a whole.
2. Difference between muscle pain of vegetative origin and pain of somatic origin (clinical features, provoking factors, therapeutic effects). Self-correction methods with the basics of manual therapy, lymphatic drainage massage,
3. Muscle-visceral reflexes, when muscle pain is associated with pathology of internal organs Painful muscle syndromes with damage to the organs of the chest and abdominal cavity and pelvic organs
4. Self-correction methods with the basics of craniosacral and visceral therapy, aromatherapy, reflexology
Practice:
Kinesiological retraining of the somatic and autonomic nervous system: a) static — (restoration of the function of the somatic nervous system with activation of hypotonic muscles) b) dynamic — retraining of the somatic nervous system to activate hypoexcitable muscles c) vegetative — exhaustion of vegetative reflexes. Restoration of the function of the thoracic-abdominal diaphragm and its balance with the other 5 transverse diaphragms of the body. Breathing practice and visceral massage with gravitational load
Day 1. Kinesiological self-diagnosis (December 20, 2024)
Search for the weakest region of the musculoskeletal system and localization of the most significant hypoexcitable and hypotonic muscle in it, causing tone-strength imbalance of the muscular system as a whole. Determination of the cause of hypoexcitability and hypotonicity of the muscle in the identified weak link, causing compensatory overload.
Day 2. Kinesiological self-correction (December 21, 2024)
Search for a method that eliminates the identified cause (restores excitability and tone of non-working muscles).
Day 3. Kinesiological Retraining and Autonomic Retraining (December 22, 2024)
Kinesiological retraining of the somatic and autonomic nervous system, motor retraining (restoration of the function of the somatic nervous system) includes:
— Dynamic retraining of the somatic nervous system to activate hypoexcitable muscles with the formation of an optimal motor stereotype (a combination of contraction of five muscle groups) with a transition from simple motor acts to complex dynamic stereotypes, such as walking and running;
— Static retraining, including the selection of isometric exercises to activate hypotonic muscles and restore the balance of muscle-fascial relationships in individual regions and muscle-fascial chains as a whole, according to the laws of isometric contraction.
Vegetative retraining:
— Depletion of autonomic reflexes. Restoration of the function of the thoracoabdominal diaphragm and its balance with the other five groups of transverse diaphragms of the body.
— Breathing practice and visceral massage with gravitational load, including methods of kinesthetic and sensory self-correction (light, color, sound, unstable support).
Who is the suitable for?
For practicing kinesiologists who need to maintain their performance, and their patients who want to maintain their own health and expand their reserve capabilities.
What will we learn?
Practical implementation of self-diagnostic methods: using specific loads such as gravitational (static, dynamic), respiratory, lymphatic, vascular, emotional, vegetative. self-correction with the basics of manual therapy, lymphatic drainage massage, craniosacral and visceral therapy, aromatherapy, reflexology, self-retraining from simple movements to complex ones with isotonic contraction and activation of 5 muscle groups, and for the formation of optimal statics — using isometric contraction of a complex of muscles in 4 directions.
